Justin J. Shrenger, Esq.

Mr. Shrenger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley (B.S., 1985) and received his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 1990), where he was a two year Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar of Law. He holds certificates in Mandarin Chinese from the Nanjing Normal University and Beijing Languages Institute and is fluent and literate in Mandarin. Mr. Shrenger formerly practiced with the Los Angeles offices of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Whitman, Breed, Abbott & Morgan.

Mr. Shrenger's litigation practice centers in the areas of commercial and intellectual property disputes, governmental regulation, antitrust, and shareholder rights actions. He was involved as counsel for defendants in several major multi-million dollar misappropriation of trade secret cases.

JianHua Cao, LL.M.

Mr. JianHua Cao holds Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees from Fudan University, Shanghai, China. He also holds a Master of Law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California (LL.M., 1995).

Mr. Cao taught international trade law, international investment law and international economic law at Fudan University. Mr. Cao practiced as an attorney in China, specializing in foreign trade law. Mr. Cao served as Deputy Director of a prestigious Shanghai firm, where he practiced civil and criminal litigation, participated in the negotiating and drafting of contracts between China and foreign parties and served as legal advisor for corporations.

Mr. Cao acts as a consultant on Chinese law, specializing in all aspects of Chinese commercial law, including foreign investment, taxation, corporate law and contract law.

Mr. Cao is the contributing author of the following works and articles: Small Encyclopedia of International Economic Law; Mexico Foreign Capital Legislation; The Corporation Practical Manual; New Development of Present International Law; Chinese Environmental Law and Chinese Preferential Policy for Foreign Investment.

Mr. Cao is a member of the Law Society of Shanghai, China and Shanghai GATT Research Center. Mr. Cao is admitted to the Shanghai Bar Association of China.
